In this Banded Movement Mobilization, a band is anchored to a door anchor (a sturdy object to anchor it to can also be used!) and then secured to your wrist. Move the hand forward so that tension is felt from the band. Oscillate in and out of tension (aka paper clipping🤓!) by leaning in and out of more tension. This oscillating in and out of tension helps create space within the wrist joint to help reset and restore full range of motion to both muscles and joints for improved neuromuscular dynamics (this is just one of many reasons for the great results!).
