Warm Up your Shoulders with Up and Overs :-)! Up and Overs are a great way to express full range of motion in your shoulders with both internal and external rotation work. These exercises require the use of a dowel/pvc pipe/broomstick/or any item you can keep taut while performing. The video will explain in detail the cues to strict up your form to make sure that all of your mobility is being expressed by the shoulders and not the back compensating for range of motion restrictions. Up and Overs are wonderful warmups to integrate into workouts or sports that are upper body dominant, and can also be used alone as part of your active flexibility training :-)!
