Enjoy two different lower body Releases in this Banded Movement Mobilization video :-)! Stretch your hip flexors, glutes, the front and back of your legs by using the two mobilizations in the video. All that is needed is a band commonly used for Pull Ups (I used a Rubberbanditz Heavy band which gives me 30-50 lbs of tension) and yourself. For both of these mobilizations, the band can be anchored to your foot, making it great for traveling or if you forget a door anchor and don't have anywhere to anchor it to....now you can just use your own self! The first mobilization shows a classic hip flexor to hamstring release. The second mobilization shows a classic pigeon pose stretch that will release the glutes, piriformis, and quadriceps. Almost all Banded Movement Mobilizations will result in you feeling like someone took a can of WD-40 and injected it into your hips and legs with the freedom of movement that is restored :-)!
