I never will buy any steaks from a store wrapped in plastic and who knows how long it's been sitting around.
You never slice into a steak when cooking, it does not make it more juicy, it dries it out even more, by letting it rest wrapped in foil for about 20 mins it relaxes and the juices flow and you will be amazed
